The list of the documents needed to apply to the aspirantura of Zaporizhzhya National University:

3. Photo copy of the diploma about getting the full higher education (Specialist or Master Diploma) notarized at the personnel department of ZNU (2nd building, office 59). In the case of the surname change, the applicant needs to give the notarized photo copy of the document about the changing of the surname.
4. The photo copy of the grades sheet added to the diploma, notarized at the personnel department (if the diploma is the diploma with honors, the grades sheet is unnecessary).
5. The photo copy of the employment book (if you have one) notarized at the personnel department of the organization, where you work.
6. Medical form 289-Y
7. The direction from the higher education establishment - for those applicants, whose study is ordered by it, with the guaranty of the employment after the aspirantura graduation and payment for the study (if needed).
8. The direction from the division - for those applicants, whose study will be paid by the state budget for the purpose of work in the Zaporizhzhya National University.
9. The protocol of the interview with the future scientific advisor (signed by him/her).
10. The list of the published scientific articles and inventions notarized by the scientific secretary of the higher education establishment. For the alumni and employees of ZNU - 4th building, office 233.
11. The alumni, who don't have the published articles in the special publications in the chosen field of study, submit the abstract paper (referat) in this field of study - length no less than 20 typed pages, written according to all requirements to the kursova robota and diplomna robota. (The referat needs to be bounded by sewing or braiding).
12. The referat review graded and signed by the reviewer. (The reviewer is supposed to be chosen by the head of the Field Acceptance Commission from the amount of the commission members, except the future scientific advisor)
13. Autobiography.
14. For the university alumni, who graduated in the current year, - the recommendation of the State Examining Commission (with the Dean's office stamp mark) or the abstract from the protocol of the faculty meeting about the recommendation to enter the aspirantura (with the Dean's office stamp mark).
15. The photocopy of the certificate about the passed a candidate's exams (if they are passed) notarized at the personnel department.
16. Two photo cards 3 x 4 sm.

The original of the passport, the diploma, and the certificate about the passed a candidate's exams needed to be submitted by the applicant personally.
