The Faculty of History offers degrees of Bachelor of Science, Specialist and Master of Science in specialities:

  • "History" with specializations in:
    • Ukrainian history;
    • history of foreign countries;
    • source study, historiography and special historical subjects
  • "Archive study" with specializations in:
    • organization and methodology of archiving;
    • scientific discipline of documentation and documentary provision of management.
  • "International Relations"

One of the major directions of activity of the faculty of History is scientific work. Scientific achievements of scientists of the faculty are known in all corners of Ukraine, in many countries of the world.

Mainstream of researches became recently history of Ukraine from ancient times up to the present.

Staff of the faculty accepts active participation in life of scientific community both in the country, and abroad.

Scientists of the faculty of History prepared 7 textbooks for secondary educational institutions, three from which on history of Ukraine received all Ukrainian status and a signature stamp of the Ministry of Education of Ukraine.
