May 19 at the Faculty of Mathematics of Zaporizhzhya National University was held a regular meeting of the roundtable on the theme "World Without Math" led by the Deputy Dean for Research, Ph.D. in Physics and Math, associate professor Viktoriia Leontieva.
April 24 at the Faculty of Mathematics of Zaporizhzhya National University launched an annual traditional V Ukrainian, XII Regional Conference of young scientists "Actual problems in mathematics and computer science".
November 25 Zaporizhzhya National University held a public seminar on "Tell violence, "STOP!"", organized by the head of the student council of the biological faculty Anna Yuhrina and student of the Faculty of Mathematics, member of the conversational genre studio "STEM-MS" Center of cultural and mass work Mykola Kopylovsky.
Today, at the Faculty of Mathematics of ZNU was a solemn graduation ceremony for specialists and masters of full-time and correspondence departments. This year at the faculty graduated 202 young specialists, 49 of which received diplomas cum laude.
April 25 on the basis of ZNU mathematical faculty the 4 All-Ukrainian, 11 regional scientific conference of young researchers "Actual problems of mathematics and computer science" took place.
April 20 in the walls of Zaporizhzhya National University held the first round of Ukrainian Collegiate Programming Contest. The competition was attended by 16 teams, which included representatives of higher education institutions III-IV accreditation levels in Zaporozhye region.
