Students of the Faculty of Social Pedagogics and Psychology of Zaporizhzhya National University, headed by Dean Olga Ponomarenko took part in the opening author's seminar "Fundamentals of humanistic and personal approach to children in the educational process" of outstanding teacher of our time Shalva Amonashvili.

November 29 at the Faculty of Law of ZNU held a roundtable discussion on "Administrative proceedings and the role of judges in it" led by Dean of the Faculty of Law, Doctor of Law, professor Tetyana Kolomoyets.

November 26 in Zaporozhye regional center of patriotic education of youth held a roundtable on "Orthodoxy and the Cossacks as the spiritual foundation of patriotic education in Ukraine", which participants were activists of the Scientific Community of Students and Postgraduates of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Administration.

November 28 in Zaporizhzhya National University held a regular working meeting of representatives of the administration of our university with activists of the Student Council of ZNU. The meeting was attended by the Rector Mykola Frolov, Vice-Rector for Maintenance and Supply Sergiy Kushnir, Rector’s Assistant Nataliya Voronova, Acting Rector’s Assistant of Public Relations and Media Galyna Mykytiv, Head of the Department of Educational Work Svitlana Kondratenko, Deputy Director of sports and recreation complexes of ZNU Olexandr Petrenko, representatives of Student Council of ZNU Faculties and hostels.

November 18 2nd year students of the Faculty of Journalism of Zaporizhzhya National University held a lecture for students of Zaporizhzhya Teachers College on "Information confrontation." Conference purpose - to increase media literacy among young people.

During this week in Zaporizhzhya National University held a series of events organized by the Student Council of our university, to support long-term campaign "Against drugs!". Among other things, November 28, activists of the Student Council supported by the Center of cultural and mass work in the hall of 2nd academic building of ZNU showed Oscar-winning film directed by Danny Boyle's "Trainspotting."

November 26, with the assistance of Veselivsky district administration, district employment center in conjunction with the district education department at the premises of Veselivsky district gymnasium held vocational guidance event "Graduate 2014". The event was attended by representatives of educational institutions at various levels of accreditation. Zaporizhzhya National University was represented by the Head of the Preparatory Department Iryna Bakalenko.

November 28 at the College of Economics and Law of Zaporizhzhya National University held a reporting conference on the outcomes of practical training of 3rd year students of the specialty "Physical Education".

Campaign "Against drugs!", organized by the Student Council of ZNU, started in our university November 25th by training for volunteers "Drugs: causes and consequences. Prevention of HIV". Another event held as part of the action, was a meeting with representatives of the charity fund "Expectations".

November 27 in Zaporizhzhya National University held ¼ of the final of Open League of Club of the witty and creative for the Cup of Rector. For the opportunity to continue to struggle for the title of the best players of Club of the witty and creative (hereinafter referred to as - CWC), this time 10 teams competed from Zaporizhzhya National University, Zaporizhzhya National Technical University and Zaporizhzhya Aviation College. Before the audience and jury members showed their talents team "Horse on E5" (Economics and Law College of ZNU), "Home-style" (ZNTU), "Sandals" (ZNTU), team "Law Faculty", "Communal" (ZNTU) , "Banana" (Faculty of Journalism of ZNU), "Oak, tree, pine" (ZNTU), "Despair" (ZNU), "What's the difference?" (team of ZNTU and Aviation College), "Universe" (ZNU). Traditionally, the organizer of the event, which eagerly waiting for all supporters of CWC, became the Center of cultural and mass work of ZNU.
