March 22 in Zaporizhzhya, the first session of the trial testing of External independent testing of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Center for Educational Quality Assessment. Zaporizhzhya National University was one of three points such testing in our city. It is to our university granted the largest number of prospective entrants who choose to take part in this training: about 450 people.

In Zaporizhzhya National University continuing free training on subjects that are included in the list of External independent testing. Since March 23, our university visited all willing to test their knowledge of mathematics and physics.

March 24 on the basis of the Faculty of Physics of Zaporizhzhya National University, was held an annual city contest of creative works on improving physical demonstration experiment among secondary schools of Zaporizhzhya. Event was organized by the Department of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Zaporizhzhya City Council with the support of Zaporizhzhya National University.

On March 21 at the Faculty of Philology of our university to the 200th anniversary of the birth of the great poet held Interuniversity student scientific reading of "Cossacks in the works of Taras Shevchenko".

March 20-21 at the Economics Faculty of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv was held the final scientific conference of the All-Ukrainian c contest of student research papers in science "Accounting, Analysis and Audit".

March 19 was held a regular round of student sports contest in Zaporizhzhya National University - took place final competition among women's teams of basketball.

The Faculty of Social Sciences and Administration of ZNU was held the final gala concert dedicated to "The month of FSSA". Their achievement and developments demonstrated by representatives of the sectors of the faculty, and the best teachers and the most active students were awarded diplomas.

Full of new knowledge and skills, and good impressions were members of 1st All-Ukrainian law school on notarial issues, which was held March 22-23 at the Law Faculty of Zaporizhzhya National University. The organizers and participants of this event started tradition of holding schools with new topics - notarial activities. School work organized by representatives of the Faculty of Law of ZNU and Zaporizhzhya branch of Students League Lawyers Association of Ukraine with the support of the General Department of Justice in Zaporizhzhya region.

For students of the Faculty of Philology of ZNU has become a tradition celebrating World Poetry Day, which was established on 30 session of the General Assembly of UNESCO (Paris, 1999). The main purpose of the event - the promotion of linguistic diversity and language support, which disappear with the help of poetry. For several years the young poets of Zaporizhzhya National University, do not stay away from this holiday.

March 20th with the participation of activists of Scientific Community of Students and Postgraduates in the Faculty of Physics of ZNU was held a roundtable on "The Sun and its impact on the Earth". The event was held on the basis of Faculty of Physics. The meeting attended by Dean of the Faculty Andrii Andrieiev, Deputy Dean for Research Oleksandr Bahriichuk and employee of Educational and Research Laboratory for Astrophysics Vasyl Liakishev. The initiator of the event was the Head of SCSP of ZNU Valentyna Kucheruk.
