Centre for intensive learning of foreign languages invites the students and all who want to improve the level of their knowledge of foreign languages on the course of intensive learning of English, Polish, Spanish and Turkish.

"Fake news: a view of the USA and Ukraine" - this was the topic of a series of webinars between the Faculty of Journalism of ZNU and the University of Utah Department. Problems of understanding media literacy and fake news were discussed together with overseas colleagues, professor Hellas Gamrekelidze and her students.

II Kharkiv International Law Forum continues its works from September 25 to 28.  This event became an annual one according to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine  from September 19, 2018 № 656-r, and it was supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine. The participants of this event for the second time were scientists and students of the Faculty of Law of ZNU.

Recently, a working meeting has been held between professors of the San Mart-Shavan (France) educational complex and representatives of the university administration within the framework of the visit of the French delegation to ZNU. During this communication, professors from both countries had the chance to learn and know more about the specifics of the activities of both institutions of higher education. They also determined the direction of further cooperation at the level of student exchange and the participation of scientific and pedagogical workers in joint scientific projects, and etc.

There are made a lot of efforts in Zaporizhzhia national university in order to help the students of senior courses and graduates of the university to find a worthy first job. For achieving this, the staff of the pre-university department, career guidance and employment organizes meetings with potential employers. At the same time, not only representatives of local enterprises and industries, but also employees of well-known international companies are trying to meet with the students of Zaporizhzhia national university.

This scientific and methodical complex of discipline was prepared by the professors and participants of the international project "European Project Culture", which is realized in Zaporizhzhia National University for the second year in a row.

A meeting of the VII International Round Table "Integration of Education, Science and Business" with the participation of Ukrainian and international education representatives, experts in economics and representatives of production was held in ZNU on September 21.

Round table dedicated to the opening of Zaporizhzhia branch of the Center of Polish Law of Taras Shevchenko national university of Kyiv was held on the Faculty of law in ZNU on September 19. The event was attended by the professors of the Faculty of Law and Philology of ZNU, students, representatives of Center of Polish Law of Taras Shevchenko national university of Kyiv, Union of Poles in Zaporizhzhia “Poloniia”, Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, etc.

The first meeting of the participants of the English speaking club “Wednesday movie” was held on September 19. Speaking club was created due to the initiative of the Department of Social Philosophy and Administrating of the Faculty Sociology and Administrating. The first visitors of the club were professors of the department and the students of the Faculty of Sociology and Administrating. The participants watched one of the episode of the TV show of BBC “Agatha Christie’s Poirot” in the original language, followed by a lively discussion in English.
