Journalism Department of ZNU organized the holiday for the orphans of Zaporizhzhya region. Before the St. Nikola's Day the Student Council of the department gathered toys, books and other stuff for the kids.
On December 9th in Luhansk State Institute of Culture and Arts there was the Ukrainian Contest of Cinema and Television Works "Master Gaskon".
On December 2 the active members of the Scientific Society of Students and Postgraduates of the Journalism Department visited the meeting of the scientific seminar of the Institute of Journalism and Mass Communication of the Classic Private University.
The Chief Editor of the web-site Week's Mirror (Dzerkalo Tyzhnya), the head of the project "Our Money" Olexiy Shalayskiy visited Journalism Department. He leads the training within the project "School of Journalistic Investigations", which is taking place on November 4-5 in ZNU.
The results of the contest for the best essay from the newspaper Industrial'noe Zaporozh'e (Industrial Zaporizhzhya) are announced. 64 people (82 essays) from two Zaporizhzhya Universities - CPU and ZNU - participated in it. The best premiums went to ZNU Journalism Department's students.
