Last Tuesday at the ZNU Academic Council meeting there were discussed the achievements, problems and perspectives of the Business Education Center and the Center of Post-Diploma Education. The presenter was Gennadiy Vasylchuk, the Head of Post-Graduate Department of ZNU. He summed up the information given by the centers' coordinator Iryna Lvova and Olexandra Bilovosh. The end of April was a time of the active scientific work in ZNU. Two departments of ZNU - The Department of Mathematics and the Department of Social Pedagogy and Psychology - are holding the conferences these days. The SPP welcomed the guests not only from Ukraine, but also from other countries (Russian Saint Petersburg Academy of Post-Diploma Education) at the conference «Actual Problems of Social Pedagogues Preparation in the Third Millennium». This event is devoted to the ZNU's 80th anniversary and the 20th SPP department's anniversary.
The ZNU teachers visited Kamyanka-Dniprovka schools to tell the students about the university and answer their questions about this year admission process. 
The series of the conferences within the ZNU Science Festival joined the International Scientific Theoretical Conference "Improving of Methodology of Social Learning, Content and Methodic of Teaching of the Philosophy Disciplines at Humanitarian Departments of the Universities".
On April 26 within the Science Festival in Zaporizhzhya National University there was organized the presentation of the updated version of the web-site of the Department of Post-graduate Studies and informational seminar about the grant and scholarship programs for students and young scientists. 
The day before the Easter holidays the law students went to Khortitsa Island to work and have some rest. 30 ZNU students cleaned up the resort area of the national reserve.
The Second Foreign Language Holiday took place at the Department of the Foreign Philology in ZNU on April 19th. More than 300 students and teachers participated in it.
The winners of the 11th Kovalski Scholarship Student Scientific Papers Contest in Ukrainian Studies are named. The ZNU student is among them.
