On 25th of March participants of the III Ukrainian round of competition on Ukrainian and literature visited ZNU. Participants had the excursion in the campus and in the museums of ZNU.
On 21 of March, the whole world celebrates Day of poetry. The philological faculty of ZNU organized creative event. Days of poetry in our higher education institution traditionally spent with support of The Student’s and Graduate student’s Scientific Society of philological faculty.
March 15 sophomore Philology Zaporizhzhya National Shevchenko University performed traditional readings dedicated to the 199 anniversary of the birth of the Ukrainian poet, writer, artist and public figure of Taras Shevchenko. 
"Spark large fire" - the name had a literary and musical composition, dedicated members of the Faculty of Zaporizhzhya National University and 199 birth anniversary of Taras Shevchenko. This time, the participants decided to draw the audience's attention not only to the poet's biography and his outstanding work, but also to the effects of multi-faceted genius Shevchenko Ukrainian artists of the nineteenth and twenty-first centuries.
On March 11, Zaporizhzhya National University began the tradition of amateur competition "Student Spring - 2013." The festival of creativity by the Center for cultural work ZNU. 
Beginning in March was rich on creative achievements for the Faculty of Zaporizhzhya National University. His students and teachers prepared a series of themed evenings dedicated to key dates in the life of the iconic figures of the national culture. Yes, March 6, in the auditorium II school building future philologists prepared musically dramatic song for the 45th anniversary of the death of one of the brightest figures of Ukrainian culture of the twentieth century - Eugene Malaniuka.
This year was rich in anniversaries of personalities, significant for the country's history and culture. Among other dates Ukrainian community in January marked the 75th anniversary of the birth of Vasyl Stus. Representatives of the Faculty of Philology ZNU also joined the nation-wide event devoted to this date. On March 4, a fourth-year students to promote the Faculty of Philology of the poet produced a theatrical production.
