Acting charity activity of the staff and students of the Faculty of Economics is aimed to help Ukrainian soldiers, which have found a dignity respect on the city level.
Yesterday at the Law Faculty was held a charity music and literary matinee. During the event, volunteers collected funds to support the Ukrainian army and fighters who now courageously defend our country in the area of ATO.
21 November, following the initiative of Students' Council at the Faculty of Economics of Zaporizhzhya National University held a charity auction, which collected funds for children who were left without the parental care.
November 14 Faculty of Law team of volunteers of Zaporizhzhya National University visited the children's boarding school "Svitanok". During the meeting, the students told the children about the importance of knowing their history, appreciate their country and be its patriots.
«Project Smile» - a social project of Journalism Faculty students and graduates, aimed at supporting children from families, temporarily displaced from Donetsk and Lugansk regions. Organizers and initiators of this event were senior lecturer in Journalism Department Kateryna Sirinok-Dolharova and a graduate of the Faculty of Biology Liudmyla Makieieva. Financial support was provided by an international educational organization IREX, which in the years academic program administered by the US State Department student exchange UGRAD, at which organizers studied at the American University Graceland.
In early October, Law Faculty students visited the children's rehabilitation center "Dzherelo" (Source) with an interesting performance, and recently was held second trip volunteers. This time the students prepared for kids a concert.
October 6 representatives of the Law Faculty of Zaporizhzhya National University led by associate professor Mykola Martynov visited the military unit A-3033. They gave military body armor on behalf of all teachers and students.
July 10 representatives of Zaporizhzhya National University - Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Administration, professor Maksym Lepskyi and lecturer of Social Sciences Department of the same Faculty Oleh Bondarenko - made their way to the center "Blyzniuky" (Gemini) - educational base of military units of Zaporizhzhya garrison. They are by prior arrangement with the management of the center, brought gifts to soldiers who today are trained on this basis.
Holding charity events for students and teachers of Economics and Law College of ZNU - is a good tradition. A college organize and conduct such activities not only on special occasions, and try as much as possible to help those who need their attention.
