November 20 Zaporizhzhya National University students met with a specialist of State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Zaporizhzhya region, sector Head of organizations pyrotechnic works of State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Zaporizhzhya region, senior lieutenant in civil protection service Oleksandr Yurkovskyi. The event attended students of all Faculties of ZNU and of Economics and Law College.

In Zaporizhzhya National University continues the traditional Cup on minifootball, dedicated to the memory of the former Rector of ZNU (1984-2003), professor Viacheslav Tolok. Thus, on November 19 in a sports complex was held 2nd tour of the competition, in which participated teams "Hope - ZNU", "ZNU 2", ELC of ZNU (College of Economics and Law of ZNU), and - CPU (Classical Private University) , ZNTU (Zaporizhzhya National Technical University), ZSMU (Zaporizhzhya State Medical University), ZSEA and Hydropower College, "National team of Zaporizhzhya regional professional-oriented educational institutions".

The main item on the agenda was the amendment to Regulation on the student government of our university in accordance with the requirements of the new Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education". Mandates for voting were 200 delegates - representatives of students' university.

October 19 at the Faculty of Law was held a round table discussion on "Actual problems of protection of labor rights". The event was organized by the Department of Constitutional and Labour Law of Zaporizhzhya National University.

"Lead me, the right way..." - this name had a literary and musical composition, dedicated to the outstanding poet of our time Dmytro Pavlychko by November 19 held at the Faculty of Philology. Masters' students of specialty "Ukrainian language and literature" under the direction of associate professor of Ukrainian Literature Department Yulia Kushneryuk presented at the discretion of the audience her vision of the life and career of the famous national writer, translator and social activist whose influence on the development of modern Ukrainian culture can not be overemphasized.

November 18 at the Faculty of Social Pedagogics and Psychology of ZNU was held a meeting of 1st year students of specialty "Social Pedagogics" and of 1st year students of Economics and Law College of ZNU who are studying by the specialty "Social Pedagogics".
