On November 17, the final of the regional sports and entertainment tournament "Applicant-2019" for the ZNU Rector's Cup was held. Participants of the tournament "Applicant-2019" and all those present were greeted by ZNU rector Mykola Frolov, vice-rector for scientific, educational and educational work Oleksandr Hura, deputy director of the department of education and science of Zaporizhzhia regional state administration Viktor Zakharchuk, dean of the faculty of physical education Mykola Malikov, head of the department  theories and methods of physical culture and sports Anatolii Konokh, director of the sports and recreation complex Mykhailo Protas, chief judge of the competitions Olena Aksonova and 3rd year student of the Faculty of Physical Education, two-time European champion in weightlifting Dmytro Voronovskyi.

Recently, ZNU has been visited by the Senator of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, Mr. Artur Vazhokha. He met with the leadership of ZNU and Zaporizhzhia State Engineering Academy. The event was held on the initiative of the Polish side.

On November 19, rector of ZNU Mykola Frolov signed the order number 432 to announce the competition to create the logo of Zaporizhzhia National University. It should be noted that since the beginning of the new educational year, the process of re-branding an educational institution has been actively continuing in the university. These issues were discussed both during the Academic Council and during the  meetings with the student asset:
