On July 1, the admission campaign-2019 started in ZNU. And although the submission of applications and documents begins only on July 10, applicants and their parents are actively applying to the admissions office of ZNU, because on July 1 the registration of electronic offices of applicants started. And this is one of the most important stages of the admission campaign. As in previous years, representatives of the admission board not only provide advice to prospective students, but also assist them in creating electronic offices.

On June 4, Zaporizhzhia National University was visited by 320 applicants, who on this day passed an external independent evaluation in History of Ukraine.  Zaporizhzhia National University has traditionally become the point of conducting external independent evaluation, where were created all comfortable conditions for testing knowledge for graduates of Zaporizhzhia schools.

On May 18, the International Examination of PTE (Pearson Test of English), which is recognized by employers and educational institutions in many countries, was held on the basis of the Faculty of Foreign Philology of Zaporizhzhia National University. This test, confirming the level of knowledge of English, is indefinite. It means that after passing it once, a person forever confirms their level of proficiency in the language.

There were free trial trainings on the EIT in foreign languages for applicants who want to apply to the magistracy. In total, about 283 people from ZNU and Classical Private University expressed their desire to check the level of their knowledge of English, French and German. The most popular language among future students was English (271 people), 10 people took part in testing in German, and 2 people in French.

On April 14, Zaporizhzhia National University was visited by future applicants - senior students of Zaporizhzhia and the region, their parents and professors. All of them became participants in a large-scale vocational guidance event - the Open Door Day. The guests of ZNU met with the administration of the university, learned about the faculties of ZNU and Engineering Institute, and received answers to all relevant questions related to the admission campaign-2019. Moreover, there was prepared a festive program for the guests from the Center of Culture, a campus tour and acquaintance with selected faculties, professors and students, who were talking about studying at the university, fascinating student life and successes of graduates of ZNU.

Zaporizhzhia National University invites graduates and their parents to the Open Day which will be held in April 14, 2019. The event starts at 10am. The venue of the university guests with the administration, professors and students of all faculties is 2 Academic Building (Zhukovskyi str, 66 B), assembly hall, the third floor.

The results of free trial trainings on EIT in the Ukrainian language and literature, the history of Ukraine, English, French, German, mathematics, chemistry, biology and physics were announced in Zaporizhzhia National University. Engineering Institute of Zaporizhzhia National University invites high school students and their parents to attend the Open Day on April 6, at 11am within the framework of the project "Day of Engineering Education".

At the Faculty of Social Pedagogy and Psychology, the III (regional) stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in Pedagogy and Psychology took place. The event was attended by 44 pupils of schools in Zaporizhzhia and Zaporizhzhia region (Berdiansk, Melitopol, Enerhodar, Huliaipole, Prymorsk, Pryazovie, Yakymivka and others). For many pupils, participation in the Olympiad in pedagogy and psychology has already become a good tradition. Moreover, this Olympiad had been held 4 times before at the Faculty of Social Pedagogy and Psychology of Zaporizhzhia National University.

On February 24, free trial EIT in the Ukrainian language and literature, and in the Foreign Language (English, German, French) took place in Zaporizhzhia National University. About 2,500 applicants visited the university on this day. 1,689 people had the opportunity to check the level of their knowledge in the Ukrainian language and literature and get acquainted with the peculiarities of the procedure of the EIT. 709 applicants came to the training in English, 18 in German, and 4 in French.
