June 20 in Zaporizhzhya in the Central Park of Culture and Rest "Oak Grove" was held All-Ukrainian Olympic Day.
Another final exam for 5th year students of specialty "Dramatic Art" was held at the stage of PC named after Drobyazko (8th academic building of ZNU). This time the audience was presented dance performance based on the novel of Paulo Coelho "Veronika Decides to Die".
In Zaporizhzhya National University also in the summer, during the time of holidays and vacations, continuing efforts aimed at streamlining and improvement of the campus. So, June 19, between the 1st academic building and the sports complex of our university began preparations for upgrading asphalt pavement between the buildings.
Earlier this week at the Faculty of Economics of ZNU during the inaugural conference of industrial practice for 3rd year students of specialty "Economic Cybernetics" was held a meeting with representatives of "Zaporizhzhya Titanium-Magnesium Plant". The event was organized by representatives of the Department of Economic Cybernetics (Head of the Department – D.Sc. in Economics, professor Nataliia Maksyshko).
June 18 in the Scientific Library of Zaporizhzhya National University was held a training "Features of public journalism in modern conditions", organized by a civic organization "Ukrainian National Home in Chernivtsi" Dmytro Mitsevych with the assistance of the European Information Center in Zaporizhzhya.
June 17 at the stage of PC named after Drobyazko (8th academic building of ZNU) premiered diploma solo performance with participation of 5th year students of specialty "Dramatic Art" of the Department of Social Pedagogics and Psychology. Students Alina Tertychna and Andrii Skyba presented at the discretion of the members of examination committee musical and dramatic composition of works by Robert Rozhdestvensky "Poem of loneliness" and Yevhen Grishkovets "Take my hand".
June 16 in the Scientific Library of Zaporizhzhya National University presented a new collection of poems of the famous poet, graduate of our university Maryna Bratsylo "Silk country". The event was a part of the competition of young Ukrainian poetry and art song "Khortitskiy Bells" named after the writer.
Recently, at the School of Senior Civil Service of Ukraine was organized a workshop on "Current trends and challenges to international security". Organizers of the workshop - members of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service - invited to talk about topical issues of trainers and teaching staff who take part in training, training and retraining of civil servants and local government officials in European integration and Euro-Atlantic cooperation. Zaporizhzhya National University was represented by assistant professor of the Department of Administrative and Economic Law of the Faculty of Law Marharyta Hermaniuk.
