On March 17th the art song concert devoted to the famous poet, actor and musician Vladimir Visotsky's memory took place in ZNU.
The history of Zaporizhzhya land is very enthusiastic and full of legends, but nevertheless is not studied enough. Ya. Novitsky National Society Zaporizhzhya representatives are working on filling the gaps in our history. 
Two days - March, 13-14 - in Zaporizhzhya National University's sport building the All-Ukrainian Student Games in sport aerobics took place. 23 teams from 8 oblasts participated in the competition. Four universities represented Zaporizhzhya oblast: Zaporizhzhya National University, Zaporizhzhya National Technical University (two teems), Zaporizhzhya State Engineering Academy and Classical Private University.
In March 2010 the ZNU Center of German Language Learning welcomed the Head of the German Language Centers' Department of Goethe-Institute Ruslan Ivanytsky.
Beginning from December 15th, 2009 till March 1st, 2010 the group of the Starter Level of English language was working at the Centre of Intensive Foreign Languages Learning. Recently the group finished studying and received their certificates. 
Traditionally, on March 9th the Department of Philology and Center of Cultural Mass Work organized the concert devoted to the memory of the great Ukrainian poet Taras Shevchenko.
Once the Presidential elections were over the elections of ZNU Student Council Head had come. Among three candidates the winner is the Law Department junior Mykola Rekhlytsky.
