November 17, to the International Students' Day in Zaporizhzhya National University was held a gala concert of the contest "Let us introduce ourselves, 1st year!". It was a welcome feast for freshmen who wished to find out who won an intense four-day contest, and for their senior colleagues who attended the ceremony to support first-year students, and see performances by emerging talent of our university. By the way, the organizers of the event - ZNU members of the Cultural Center, called the concert "Birthday of Stars". During the festival rewarded not only the most talented young artists of our university, but also those who won the faculty and university stages of the contest "Student of the Year".In ZNU determined winners of the contest "Let us introduce ourselves, 1st year!"

Today in Zaporizhzhya National University at the Faculty of Management began two-day All-Ukrainian Scientific Conference "Problems of regional economic potential". It was organized by Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration, Zaporizhzhya City Council, Zaporizhzhya National University, Donetsk State University of Management and Zaporizhzhya Trade and Industry Chamber.
Yesterday, October 28, in ZNU met students of the Faculty of Management with representatives of Zaporizhzhya Titanium-Magnesium Plant and Zaporizhzhya regional employment center. On the employment opportunities in the labor market situation in Zaporizhzhya region and job search strategies of youth told Deputy Director of Human Resources and Social Development LLC "Zaporizhzhya Titanium and Magnesium Works" Liudmyla Vasyleha, Project Manager, Human Resources and Training Iryna Kholod and a leading expert of Zaporizhzhya Regional Employment Center Tetiana Tibii.
October 23 - the third day of this year's creative contest "Let me introduce myself, 1st year!" - turned into a real talent show of the youngest students of ZNU. The event was organized by members of the Cultural Center of our university. The hall was full of fans, who are going to support their fellow groupmates and younger students. This event visited the Faculty of Physics, Economics and Law College, Faculty of Journalism and Faculty of Management.
October 17 in sports and recreation complex of Zaporizhzhya National University welcomed the winners of the tournament checkers among girls, which was held as part of this year's sports among students of our university.
D.Sc. in Economics, professor of the Department of Management of Organizations and Logistics Liudmyla Bukharina in early September, attended a three-week seminar in Berlin and Warsaw as a part of the annual training and professional development for managers of the public sector in Eastern Europe.
