October 11, ‘What? Where? Why?’ Intellectual Game was held at ZNU Faculty of Economics. Students of ZNU College of Economics and Law and pupils from 15 schools took part in this game.
October 11-12, the International scientific-practical forum "Science and Business - the Basis of Economic Development" lasted in Dnepropetrovsk. It was organized by the Ministry of Education, Science Youth and Sports of Ukraine, Oles Honchar Dnipropetrovsk National University and National Center of Aerospace Education of Youth of Ukraine Named After A.M. Makarov.
Today is the first day of the "Freshman Dancing Flash Mob 2012" at ZNU. The organizers – ZNU Center for Cultural Work and Student Council – conduct second consecutive event. Flash mobs were gained popularity and become favorite dance activities among the students since than. Now, there is no big celebration without them in our university.
Recently, the presentation of the Scientific Society of Students and Graduates' for the 1-5 courses students was held at the Faculty of Mathematics. October 12, the assembly hall of ZNU І Academic building gathered admirers of folk art. The celebration «Sing, My Bandura, with Hundred Voices and Let Embroidery to Bloom!« prepared by ZNU Center for Cultural Work, was attended not only by the students of our university, but also representatives from neighboring universities.

October 12, the 69th anniversary of the liberation of Zaporizhzhya from the Nazi invaders were celebrated with the musical break. During the break the history of city's liberation was recalled in front of the second Academic building. 
ZNU legal clinic summarized the work done during the period of September. The result revealed that the number of people who asked for law advice has increased in comparison to the previous ones.
Edem Rustem-ogli Gafarov got the victory at the World Deaf Wrestling Championship (74 kg).
