December 1, Zaporizhzhya National University conducted a quest for 2nd year students of the Faculty of Philology - students of "Psychology". The event was held with representatives of the Department of Pedagogics and Psychology of the Faculty of SPP.

Today hold a meeting of ZNU Rector Mykola Frolov with US media expert Mark Dillen, who visited ZNU in the international academic exchange programs, Fulbright. During the last week Mr Dillen lectured at the Faculty of Journalism, telling students about his experience as a journalist, diplomat and owner of an organization that provides advice on public relations.

On 27 of November on invitation by Deputy Head of pastoral work of the comprehensive school-gymnasium № 31 advanced curriculum in English of Zaporizhzhya Oksana Isaienko lecturer of the Faculty of Law, Assocaite professor Oksana Uzunova meets with pupils of 8th and 9th forms of this comprehensive school. Oksana Vasylivna read to pupils a series of lectures on the topics: "Prevention of violence" and "Сriminal responsibility of minors." The event was held within the framework of the international action "16 days against violence", which is held every year from November 25 to December 10.

The next, IV Round of the Championship of Zaporizhzhya region in sport "What? Where? When?" autumn-winter periods of 2015-2016 years held among students of HEI (Higher Educational Institution) I-IV levels of accreditation. During the students fighting of Zaporizhzhya National University and the Zaporizhzhya National Technical University competed for the right to represent their HEI (Higher Educational Institution) in the final game which will take place on 12th of December.

The student years are traditionally considered one of the best in life. It was during this period of time young people not only acquire solid knowledge, choosing their path in life, but also find friends and like-minded, the warm feelings of which sneaked through many years after graduation. From this opinion alumni 1960 branch "Russian language and literature, foreign language" the Faculty of Philology when it was Zaporizhzhya State Pedagogical Institute. We have repeatedly mentioned in the pages of our publication about the wonderful tradition of former students to come together on the anniversary graduates, to come to the alma mater. Not an exception and this year, many of them came together in the university make sure that the university is changing, becoming better and more modern and warmly again dissolves the doors. By the way, this meeting brought pleasant surprises, dear guests handed over to the Museum of History and Growing of ZNU heartwarming letter of thanks and written memories of one of the graduates in that year – Svitlana Siedaia.

On Novembr 30 the 2nd year students of the Faculty of Journalism Taisiia Zozul, Ilona Davydenkova and Serhii Malovichko held a lesson with media literacy in 10th form of ZML (Zaporizhzhya multidisciplinary lyceum) "Perspektyva" within the framework of the South Centre Media Literacy. The event was held within the framework course of study "Theory of Mass Information", which teaches Associate professor of the Department of Publishing and Editing Nataliia Tiapkina.

Today among students of the Faculty of Law hold the second contest in linguistics knowledge of English for specific purposes, which become traditional. Students’ Workshop on "Fields and Aspects of Law" is attended by representatives of the Department of Foreign Languages for Specific Purposes with guest – Kiron Reid, Liverpool Law School representative, administration of the facylty of Law, as well as 2nd and 3rd year students, who wish to demonstrate their level of awareness in foreign language for specific purposes.

On Novembr 30 at the Faculty of Law of ZNU held the round table on "Scientific school of criminal law and their importance for modern science" with the participation of the 3rd year students of full-time education and Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Justice by Oksana Uzunova.

On November 30, at the Faculty of Physical Education of ZNu held a seminar on writing scientific articles. Organizers of the event were activists of the faculty SCSPDCYS (Scientific Community of Students and Postgraduates Doctoral Candidates and Young Scientists) Vitalii Torba and Diana Snihar.

Winners of the annual International Charity Festival of children and youth creativity and talent "Wonderful World" were four students of Zaporizhzhya National University, pupils of vocal studio "Kantylena" (director - Nataliia Pyrih) was organized by International "Center" World Through the Eyes of Children", with the assistance of the Department of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Zaporizhzhya City Council and the Department of Culture, Tourism, Nationalities and Religions of Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration.
