The University of ZNU Graduates Stories of Success is being implemented at the University. And another piece of this column is devoted to the story of the experience of professional formation and success of a graduate of the Faculty of Foreign Philology of Zaporizhia National University, specializing in German Philology, Mariia Shapochka. After graduating from ZNU, she continued her studies and received her diploma in Germany, studying German studies, as well as transmedia relations. Now Maria teaches German in college and works in the field of online marketing.

At the Faculty of Economics of ZNU, XIV International Scientific and Practical conference «Management of socio-economic development of regions and state» was realized remotely. The representatives of Lithuania, Poland, Kazakhstan and other countries took part in its work.

In early March at the University of Humanities and Natural Sciences of Jan Długosz (Czestochowa, Poland) has officially started the internship of 16 students of the Faculty of Economics and Management of ZNU Engineering Institute. The organizers and coordinators of the project are docent Hanna Makushynska, Professor Natalia Metelenko and two docents Iryna Silina and Olena Yaryshko.

Starting from October 2019, the School of Student Self-Government Leaders is running at Zaporizhia National University. More than 40 participants of the School: presidents of Zaporizhia general secondary education institutions, heads of student councils and simply indifferent students of 7-11 grades attended trainings held by scientific and pedagogical staff of Zaporizhia National University. The initiators and organizers of this important career guidance project were the staff of the department of pre-university training, career guidance and employment.

The socially responsible Ventarock company takes care that its future employees (graduates of relevant specialties of departments and institutions of higher education) have the opportunity to study in practice the benefits of ventilated energy saving facades of Ventarock, the features of technology and installation, etc. For this purpose, the Ventarock company also transferred to the Department of Heat and Hydropower (TGE) of the Engineering Institute of Zaporizhzhya National University a training stand ‘Ventilated façade’.

Project "Success Stories of ZNU graduates" is continuing. And another of its material is devoted to the story of professional work experience and memories of the student years of the graduate of the Faculty of Foreign Philology Anna Phan.

At Zaporizhia National University, at the Philology Department, every year on Easter week, the Department of Ukrainian Studies led by its head Olga Stadnichenko organize the master class of painting Easter eggs. “Easter eggs’ shine” for students, professors, employees of the University. This year, in the context of quarantine, this studio was virtual. At the beginning of April 2020, the final stage of the All-Ukrainian competition for student scientific works on Ukrainian language and literature (with the method of their teaching) took place at the Faculty of Ukrainian Philology of the Uman State Pedagogical University named after Pavlo Tychyna. The sectoral competition commission for Ukrainian literature provided review of 37 student papers. The commission admitted 11 authors' works as applicants for the award. It is nice to note that among the winners is a student of the Philological Faculty Oleksandr Smyrnov.

The project “Success stories of ZNU graduates” is being implemented at the Zaporizhia National University, initiated by the department of pre-university training, vocational guidance, and employment. And another piece of material is devoted to the story of the successful career development. Yuliya Petryk, who once graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Philology of the Zaporizhia State University, and today is the head of the PR department of the IT company MacPaw.
