The public discussion of the Constitution of Ukraine project proposed by President Viktor Yuschenko continues in the country. Scientists and students of ZNU participate in this action too. On October 21st the University hosted the round table devoted to the solving of the problem. Representatives of Law Department of ZNU, teachers and cadets of Zaporizhzhya Law Institute of Dnipropetrovs’k University of Domestic Affairs joined the discussion. 
These days Zaporizhzhya Oblast Museum of Regional Ethnography hosts international conference “Problems of Skiff and Sarmatia Archeology of the North Black Sea Region” devoted to the 110 birthday anniversary of Boris Mykholayovych Grakov.
Interregional juridical tournament between students of Zaporizhzhya National University and pupils of Terpinniv collegium “Dzherelo” took place on October 15th and was devoted to the National Jurist Day. 
Annual meeting with future ZNU applicants took place on October 18th in the University. More than a thousand future students and their parents came to the meeting.
For the first time International Scientific and Practical Conference Transformational Processes in Economics of State and Regions, which is annual and forth in a row, was held in ZNU, and protected by Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
