On September 13-14 the Student League of Association of lawyers of Ukraine celebrated its third anniversary on historic and picturesque land of the isle Khortitsya, where gathered 75 representatives of the League from 11 regions of Ukraine. Celebration passed in a form of All-Ukrainian educative camp and All-Ukrainian football championship.
The first of September – the holiday of all teachers, students and schoolchildren – was especially solemn for the staff of Zaporizhzhya national university. For the first time in its 77-annual history the number of first-year students amounted three thousand.
One of the summer achievements of graduates of Zaporizhzhya national university became the fruitful participation of Zaporizhzhya fighter of classical style Armen Vardanyan in Olympic Games.
The Tenth jubilee Students’ republic-2008 passed on the base of Zaporizhzhya state engineer academy in August. The aim of that meeting became election of administration for students of our city.
The last solemn ball of the best students-post-graduates is an especial event in life of our university, when the best graduates are honoured and awarded.
The solemn ceremony of handing in diplomas of specialists to students of the post-graduate faculty of ZNU passed in ZNU on the last week-end. About 50 happy graduates of different specialities gathered to the celebration. Most of them chose management, law, psychology, finance and English interpretation as their second profession.
