Even raining weather couldn’t prevent the celebration of the Teacher’s Day in ZNU. Student presented to all teachers holiday program, prepared by the Cultural and Educational Department of ZNU.
International Conference devoted to the modern problems of biology, chemistry and ecology took place in ZNU. Scientists from Kharkov, Lvov, Sevastopol and other cities of Ukraine along with participants from Belarus, Russia, and USA arrived to the conference. 
There was the seminar an the Department devoted to the International Contraception Day.
The book Who is Who in Zaporizhzhya: the Biographical Directory 2008 by Ruslan Shikhanov was presented yesterday in Gorkiy Oblast Scientific Library. 
The graduate students of the Department of Foreign Languages finished their assistant internship, which was followed by the huge concert for university and high schools students.
On September 27th Melitopol celebrated its 225th birthday. Economical and Humanitarian Department of ZNU in Melitopol organized the exhibition-presentation of the University to the city residents and congratulated them via holding different actions.
The Department of Social Pedagogy and Psychology graduate student Julia Soshina (Psychotherapy and Consulting major) was honored of the Head of the Zaporizhzhya Oblast scholarship for academic achievements.
