Members of Faculty Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students Scientific Society have been the event’s initiators and organisers. It was they who set forward the initiative to investigate a highly crucial topic in the national legislation.
Ganna Spiridonova, a 4th year student was moderating the process. She managed to engage everyone into lively discussion on reports being delivered. Junior lawyers were considering advantages and drawbacks of amendments adopted in criminal-procedural law, in particular the decriminalization of smuggling. The activists were arguing on international legislation experience implementation specifics and conducted comparative analysis of economic crimes decriminalization in Ukrainian and Russian legislation.
Taking into account it was February 23, The Defender of Motherland Day, a surprise was made for the male participants. The female students had a sweet present for UPSSS members Anton Storchak, Dmytro Suprun and Kyrylo Latyshev.
