Nowadays virtually any undergraduate or postgraduate student or professor has opportunity to undergo training in specific field and obtain grant-covered education at pace-setting American universities. In addition, Natalia Zalutska spoke of previous Fulbright Academic Exchange Program participants, among which ZNU Faculty of Journalism dean Volodymyr Manakin who was undergoing training at the University of Chicago (Illinois) in 2007-2008.
Currently, Bluffton University Professor of History Perry Bush is lecturing at ZNU within Fulbright Program framework. This program is one of the oldest and internationally acclaimed scholar exchange programmes of the United States of America run since 1946 with its geography covering 155 countries of the world.
