Students of the Faculty of Journalism has created their own "Alley of Journalists" planted conifer trees - juniper "Hybernyka", spruce "Konik" and others together with their lecturers.
Dean of the Faculty of Journalism, Doctor of Philology, Professor Volodymir Manakin, Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Journalism for Educational Work, Ph.D. Candidate, Docent Victor Kostuyk, Ph.D. Candidate of Philology, Docent Ludmila Chernyavska and other lecturers of the faculty.
"Alley of Journalists" became adornment of ZNU campus. It is located just under the windows of the dean's office. It should be noted that the idea of the alley came to the Vice-Dean for Educational Work Victor Kostyuk.
According to Docent Ludmila Chernyavska, the creation of "Alley of Journalists" united students even more and it means that the Faculty of Journalism – a big family. She also noted that future graduates might come to university with their families and show the trees that they had planted themselves.
The students, who actively participated in the planting of trees, promised that they will keep alley in good condition.
