November 16, big hall of Zaporizhzhya city council held meeting of city administration with student government on occasion of International Student Day. On the event were present the Mayor of Zaporizhzhya Olexandr Sin, his Deputy Yuriy Kaptyuh, directors and coworkers of Zaporizhzhyan Universities and colleges, and also students - the representatives of the students government, participants of the project “Students for local governments”, who had internship in current committee of city Council and winners of competition viewing of students’ and pupils’ dormitories.
All the present were congratulated with their professional holiday by the Head of Zaporizhzhya Olexandr Sin. Three times a student, graduate of Kyiv 
State University name of T. G. Shevchenko, Zaporizhzhyan State Academy and National Academy of Management under the President of Ukraine in Kyiv, Olexandr Chensanovich mentioned his student years. He noted that, these years are the best years for every student.
To the words of congratulation joined Rector of ZNU Mykola Frolov as well. From the name of directors of our city Universities he thanked administration for their support and cooperation.
The Head of the city Olexandr Sin and his Deputy Yuriy Kaptyuh gave the certificates of city council to the participants of the project “Students for local governments”, diplomas and gifts from the executive committee of city council to the city activists of student movement and the winners of city competition of the best dormitory.
Among the project participants certificates got students of ZNU Anastasia Bobrysheva, Natalia Litvinenko and Mihaylo Fedorov. For active social activity directed on the developing of student movement, were awarded 6th year student of the Faculty of Journalism, the Head of Student Council of ZNU Andriy Bondarenko, 4th year student, Faculty of Biology, First Deputy Chairman of the student council of the University Alina Hrushko, 3rd year student, Head of Sector of cultural mass work of Zaporizhzhya trade College of ZNU Maxim Zhuravlyov, 5th year student of SPP, the Deputy Head of student council of ZNU Denis Knish, the 2nd year student of ELC of ZNU Andrew Moiseenko and 3rd year student of Journalism Faculty, the Head of student council Anton Osadchyk. Among all the participants of the review-competition of the best dormitory for the condition of the educational work and leisure of student youth victory got the 3rd dormitory of ZNU.
This day student youth also were congratulated by the Acting Director of Research and Methodological Center of Professional Technical Education of Zaporizhzhya region Nadiya Starovoit, Deputy Head of the City Youth Council, Student Senate President ZSIA Katerina Dekhtyaruk and Head of the student union committee ZNTU Andriy Ivanchenko. The students thanked the City Council for their understanding and support in youth projects. Also participates were congratulated by representatives of the creative teams of the cultural and mass work Center of ZNU and Zaporozhye State Music College name of P.I.Mayboroda.
