November, 28 the Law Department of ZNU held thematic meeting of the round table “Perspectives of the further existence of prosecution as a supervisor authority: international experience”.
In the meeting participated students of I - IV courses, who are SASA members. The discussing opened the head of SASA Law Department Olexandr Kolomoets, who outlined common issues, suggested for consideration by the participants of the forum.
Also with the reports performed:
- Tetyana Saliy (3rd year student) – “Human Rights function of prosecution according to the new Criminal Procedural code”.
- Katerina Chorna (4th year student) – «The definition of the international standards of prosecutive activity».
- Sergiy Tyapkin (1st year student) – «Actual problems of international cooperation of prosecution of Ukraine».
- Sergiy Gorbets (3rd year student) – “International experience of realization of rights and freedoms protection functions with the help of prosecution and the ways of its execution in Ukraine”.
During the discussion of young scientists concluded that the new Code of Criminal Procedure is a necessary step to improve the human rights of Ukraine.
