December 25, at ZNU Faculty of Foreign Philology the winners of the Second language Olympiad were declared.
The day before, on December 5-12, the best experts on the second foreign language (English, German, Spanish, French) were selected among the students of the 2-4 courses in ZNU Department of the Second Foreign Language. Students were offered the variety of questions on listening, vocabulary, grammar and creative tasks.
The award ceremony took place in a warm, friendly atmosphere. Head of the Department, Ph.D. Candidate, Associate Professor Ekaterina Rujin awarded winners with Department's diplomas. The First place and the title of the best expert on the second language received:
II course: Liliya Sles (English), Svitlana Semirenko (German), Maria Trykhacheva, Elena Vakulenko (French), Elena Sharai (Spanish);
III course: Svitlana Titova (English), Irina Razumovich (German), Anton Krivoruchko (French), Kyril Krotov (Spanish);
IV course: Veronica Zvarich (English), Olga Akinshina, Julia Brizitska (German), Maria Silchuk (French).
Ekaterina Rujin also awarded students, who took second and third places with certificates. All participants got certificates.
