January 24, the regional seminar on "Improvment of the test control mechanism of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in high schools (humanities)".
The seminar was attended by: the first ZNU Deputy-Rector, Assosiate Professor Oleksandr Bondar, Head of the Preparatory Department, Associate Professor Irina Bakalenko, Head of the regional scientific-methodical Center of Education Quality Monitoring Svitlana Pavlova, Deputy Director of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional EIT Center Olga Ostankina, Methodist of English (Ukrainian EIT Center) Svitlana Karpova and other methodists, lecturers and teachers of the region.
Oleksandr Bondar welcomed participants and noted that the testing problems today - was a global educational problem which could be solved only in the overall coordination of all parts of the industry. Oleksandr Grigorovich thanked methodists for hard work and wished them fruitful, interesting and comfortable discussion.
During the forum participants reviewed the results of EIT in the previous years within the context of the quality's improving, the role of testing as the part of the national system for monitoring the quality of education and trial testing as the part of the preparation for testing.
