On May 16th at the Faculty of Biology of Zaporizhzhya National University in cooperation with the municipal institution “Zaporizhzhya Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education” ZSR there were conducted the master classes for the teachers of Zaporizhzhya region.
The event was attended by 23 teachers from chemistry and biology schools of Zaporizhzhya region and also a senior teacher of the Depa
rtment of Didactics and Teaching Methods of Natural Sciences and Mathematics of “Zaporizhzhya Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education” Svitlana Dekhtyarenko.
The Dean of the Faculty of Biology, Doctor of Pharmacy, professor Lyudmyla Omelyanchik held for participants of the event the master class on “Modern achievements in biology and chemistry.” Also the master
classes for the teachers was held by the Ph.D., associate professor of the Department of Chemistry Faculty of Biology Mykhailo Zavgorodniy (“EIA test analysis in biology and chemistry’) and Ph.D., associate professor of the Department of General and Applied Ecology and Zoology, Faculty of Biology Oleksandr Korzh (“Synthetic theory of evolution and environmental education”).
In addition, the Dean of Faculty of Biology Lyudmyla Omelyanchik held for the teachers the excursion of the Department, presented them the innovative technology of training, material and technical base and equipment needed for teaching and research. Also Lyudmyla Oleksandrivna held a lecture on the topic “How to work with precursors” and conducted a tour of the zoological museum of the Faculty.
