Results of the Commission on Ecology, Environmental Protection and Balanced Nature Scientific and Methodological Council MES of Ukraine work
During the work of the Commission on Ecology, Environmental Protection and Balanced Nature Scientific and Methodological Council MES of Ukraine that worked at ZNU yesterday there were considered the agenda issues. We remind that the commission was headed by the Rector of the Odessa State Environmental University Sergiy Stepanenko.

Strategy for education for sustainable development”), the Chairman of the Working Group the Dean of the Economic Faculty of Odessa State Environmental University Elena Vladimirova (“About the approval of program regulatory disciplines of the preparation direction 6.040 106 “Ecology, Environmental Protection and Sustainable Use of Nature “).
Anatoliy Panasenko, professor of the Department of Applied Ecology and Environmental Protection of Donetsk National Technical University, Tamerlane Safronov, the Head of the Department of Applied Ecology of Odessa State Environmental University and others reported about the results the second rounds of Ukrainian competition of student research work in”Ecology and Environment” and national Olympiads in such directions “Environment” and “Ecology, Environmental Protection and Balanced Nature”.
At the meeting of the Committee on Environment there was approved and adopted the normative and methodological documentation for the educational process at the higher education institutions, in particular for the program of the disciplines of environmental trends and the concept of public policy to provide education for sustainable development. It was decided to develop a component of public sector standards on the tools for the learning diagnostics in such direction “Ecology, Environmental Protection and Sustainable Use of Natural Resources”.
It should be mentioned that three students-ecologists from ZNU participated in the second round of the Ukrainian competition of student research from “Ecology and environmental safety.”
With the third degree diplomas were awarded the fourth year students Vladyslav Moseyko for “Population characteristics of Pelophylax ridibundus depending on the conditions of existence” (supervisor is thea professor Oleksandr Kotzh) and Natalya Goncharova for research”Dependencies of the man’s gastrointestinal tract microflora on the type of food” (supervisor is the professor Oleksandr Rylsky). The third year student of the Biology Faculty Elena Kashuba received the participant diploma.
