Today, at the Faculty of Mathematics of ZNU was a solemn graduation ceremony for specialists and masters of full-time and correspondence departments. This year at the faculty graduated 202 young specialists, 49 of which received diplomas cum laude.
In the assembly hall of the V academic building have gathered graduates of mathematics, teachers of the faculty, parents and guests. The solemn event began with the sounds of the anthem of Ukraine. With such a prominent event for graduates with congradulations adressed Vice-Rector for Science and Research,
Head of the Department of Applied Math and Mechanics, professor Victor Gristchak, Dean of the faculty, professor Sergiy Gomeniuk, Vice-Dean for Educational Affairs Nataliya Kondratyeva, teachers of the faculty, hosts Kateryna Shemetylo and Uliy Morozov.
Professor Victor Gristchak expressed his sincere wishes for 2013 graduates on behalf of the rectorate of our university and emphasized:
- Over the years of your training at the university, leadership of ZNU have made all efforts to ensure that you not only receive the fundamental education but 
remember student years as the best time in the life of a young man who makes his first independent steps.
Addressed to young specialists, Dean of the faculty, professor Sergiy Gomeniuk stressed:
- From today you have to start a new life stage. I wish for all, that years of study at the university have a good foundation for future adult life. Received knowledge you should correctly "convert", as if they bring you mental satisfaction. I wish you always be happy and remember your teachers, friends and native department. We are always happy to see you.
Sergiy Ivanovych also reminded of the good tradition, which follow on the faculty - to come together teachers, students and graduates of the faculty every year on the last Thursday of April in the student's cafe "Tatyana's Day" for celebration of the Day of the Faculty.
Diplomas for graduates awarded Vice Rector Viktor Victor Gristchak, Dean Sergiy Gomeniuk, Vice-Dean Nataliya Kondratyeva, Heads of IT Department Sergiy Boriu and Department of Algebra and Geometry Arkadiy Privarnikov.
