November 20 in Zaporizhzhya National University for students of 11 faculties and Economics and Law College of our university held a lecture of fire safety technique. The event was part of Life Safety Month, which is taking place at our university. Its organizer - Division of labor protection with the assistance of the Department of educational work of ZNU.
Before students performed Head of the Department of Media Relations and Public Relations of the Main Directorate DSNS in Zaporizhzhya region, colonel of civil protection service Yuliya Barysheva, Head of the sector of sanctions monitoring and analysis PG DSNS Ukraine in Zaporizhzhya region, lieutenant-colonel of civil service Dmytro Zholobov and the director of the "Theatre lights Yurak" Yuriy Ryanychev. During the lecture discussed the sad statistics of fires in our area, as well as the technique of fire safety in the home, including the safe New Year celebrations and proper use of fireworks. Also, the students showed how to use fire extinguishers.
Then the participants of the event showed educational films about how and at what rate a fire occurs in a modern house, and about what to do with dangerous discoveries - with ammunition and mines in order to avoid casualties.
After completion of the lecture specialist in fire safety of ZNU Volodymyr Budko invited all those present at the event to go to the hostel №4, where students organized training demonstration of extinguishing fire, using a fire truck. The rescuers also showed the audience a fire truck and equipment described various professional devices intended for extinguishing the fire.

In the nearest plans the employees of the Department of labor protection and the Educational Department of ZNU hold for our students a lecture on traffic rules.
