December 2 Head of the Legal Department of property and land relations JSC "Zaporizhstal" Yegor Semenkov held a lecture on "Current issues on registration of land rights and property of real estate in modern conditions" for the students of our university.
At the beginning of the event to those present with greetings addressed First Vice-Rector Olexander Bondar. He presented the students to the guest and gave him a word.
Yegor Semenkov noted on the importance of cooperation between our university and JSC "Zaporizhstal", because in the nearest future someone of our students would be employers of this enterprise.
The main aim of the lecture was acquaintance of students with practical aspects on 
registration of land rights and real estate property, most actual for a big business enterprise.
Yegor Oleksandrovych told those present on main aspects of jurisprudence on current issue: organizational structure of law administration, land relations (general state), issue "land as an object of property", land registration, property rights of citizens to land (land units), the right of permanent land, leasehold land, land rights acquisition, sale of rights to land at auction, the acquisition of property rights, ownership to the new thing, the responsibility for the illegal construction. The report was accompanied by a video presentation of Yegor Semenkov.
After the lecture all comers had the opportunity to ask the speaker.
