Student of the Faculty of Law of ZNU took part in the conference "Institute of President of Ukraine in the system of government of Ukraine"
January 17, in the walls of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Ministry of Culture of Ukraine and the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine held a scientific conference "Institute of President of Ukraine in the system of government of Ukraine". The conference was attended by about two thousand honored guests and officials at all levels, as well as representatives of higher educational institutions of Ukraine.
During the event, to those present addressed Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Dmytro Tabachnyk and the first President of Ukraine Leonid Kravchuk. With the welcoming remarks addressed Rector of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv Leonid Hubernsky, who emphasized the importance of the event.
After the festive opening of the conference, participants invited for the plenary sessions. There were to operate in 5 thematic sections: "The Institute of Public Administration of the President of Ukraine", "The experience of the Institute of President in young democracies", "Institute of President in the definition system and implementation of the strategic priorities development of the transformation of the economy of Ukraine", "Legal aspects of the Institute of President Ukraine" and "Institute of President and the formation of the constitutional system of Ukraine".
Zaporizhzhya National University on the conference represented a student of the Law Faculty Vitalina Badlo,who participated in the section "Legal aspects of the Institute of President Ukraine" and made the report "Analysis of the interaction of the President of Ukraine with the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine: general legal aspects" (supervisor – L.L.D., professor, Dean of the Law Faculty Tetyana Kolomoyets).
After the performance of all participants held a lively discussion during which were discussed features of authority of the President of Ukraine, as well as its interaction with other branches of government. The report of our student named one of the best. There were also marked by a high level of knowledge representatives of ZNU, thorough and comprehensive materials possessions.
While closing the conference, Rector of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv thanked all those present for a good and fruitful work and wished the participants inspiration and academic growth. After the conference was published book of abstracts.
