Head of Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration Oleksandr Peklushenko met with the teachers and students of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Administration of ZNU
January 21 the Head of Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration Oleksandr Peklushenko visited Zaporizhzhya National University. During a meeting with the teachers and students of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Administration Oleksandr Mykolayovych shared with them plans for the strategic direction development of Zaporizhzhya region, and gave answers to all the questions put to him, in particular those dealing with further cooperation between Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration and our university.
Opening the meeting Rector of ZNU, professor Mykola Frolov on behalf of all those present at the event thanked the guest of honor for the fact that he found time in his busy schedule to come to our university and to meet with its teachers and students.
Oleksandr Peklushenko, addressing the audience, said that he would like in order the format of the meeting not resemble a formal communication policy with the best of the youth of Zaporizhzhya region, and would pass in a relaxed and friendly environment.
So, Oleksandr Mykolayovych described the main stages of his biography and shared views on key historical and political events that have defined the direction of our country. Also Oleksandr Peklushenko mentioned the main strategic work plans for his team. In particular, he noted that this year, about 200 million of the budget should go to solve the environmental problems of our region, including - for the installation of monitors to highlight timely information on 
environmental situation in Zaporizhzhya. Oleksandr Mykolayovych also mentioned plans to complete this year building of strategic facilities such as bridges across the Dnieper and the Center for emergency medical care, the development of industrial enterprises of the city, etc..
He also answered numerous questions from students. In particular, he promised next month to participate in the roundtable discussion on the cooperation ZODA with youth in the "School of political analysis" - a project implemented by teachers and students of political science of the FSSA in business sector "League of Young Political Scientists" of Students' Council of the Faculty. Also Oleksandr Peklushenko shared his thoughts on solving the problem of youth employment and endorsed the activities of the volunteer movement "Student's Heart", which operates in the Faculty.
Oleksandr Mykolayovych assured that supports the continued implementation of the 
agreement on cooperation between ZODA and ZNU. In particular, he said, that the application for practical training of FSSA students on the basis of Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration will be fully implemented.
Rector of ZNU, professor Mykola Frolov invited honorary guest frequently visit our university, as at Zaporizhzhya National hold a lot of important events and the support of our university by Regional State Administration activities come to a new level.
Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Administration, professor Maksym Lepsky, addressing to Oleksandr Peklushenko said that the governor visits each day strategic targets in our region, so especially pleased that one of them was Zaporizhzhya National University. Also Maksym Anatoliyovych gave Oleksandr Peklushenko books authored by scientists of the FSSA.
