Within the framework of the strategic plan of Rector of ZNU Mykola Frolov continues reconstruction of the university: updated auditorium fund of the Faculties, occurring repair and construction works in academic buildings, offices and classrooms premises, held the replacement of heating equipment and windows, upgraded landscaping. Reconstruction and opening of a new offices and improve the working conditions of teachers and student's studying.
A wide range of repair and construction works from the beginning of the academic year 
was conducted by staff of administrative and economic division in 5th academic building of ZNU. Due to, at the Faculty of Economics repaired a number of rooms, where now located a new Departments of the Faculty, improved working conditions of teachers, members of the specialized Scientific Council and Students' Council of the Faculty.
Since the opening of new specialties at the Faculty necessitated the creation of two new Departments. Before and at the beginning of the new 2014 has been completely renovated room 218, established an internal partition and now there are two separate rooms - № 218 (Department of Financial-Economic Security and Project Management) and room 218a (Department of Human Resources and Marketing).
Repair and improvement were also held in rooms # 113 (Department of Economic Cybernetics), # 211 (Students' Council), # 216 (Specialized Scientific Council). In all rooms were renovated floors, walls, ceiling mounted built, replaced wallpapers, wiring, windows - on new plastic. Carried out repair and construction Maintenance and Supply teams work contribute to the improvement of working conditions of the Faculty of Economics and energy saving.
Before the beginning of current academic year in the lobby and hallways of the third floor of the 5th academic building, where located Faculty of History, was made renovation of walls, ceilings, floors, linoleum is replaced by others. This summer is scheduled completion of 
maintenance work on this object, including putting new flooring in the hall.
Also conducted a full reconstruction and refurbishment of the room 315, where located Educational and Scientific Laboratory of Archaeological Research. There was also updated material basis of the room.
Recently started work on upgrading room 214, which previously belonged to Mathematics Faculty. Now it continues a general refurbishment: replacement of windows, 
wallpaper, renovation of floors, ceilings. Repair work go rapidly and at the end it is planned to equip the conference room of the Law Faculty. It will be equipped with modern multimedia technology, there will be held a presentations, TV-bridges, classes for law students in the framework of distance learning. Soon will begin upgrading room 204, where it is planned to create a computer class.
