Practice of the Supreme Court of Ukraine in examining cases involving corruption offenses discussed Law Faculty students

February 18 at the Law Faculty of Zaporizhzhya National University held a roundtable discussion on "Criminalized corruption in practice of the Supreme Court of Ukraine" supported by Zaporizhzhya branch of Students League Lawyers Association.

The moderator of the meeting was 3rd year student Oleksiy Krasov, and initiated event holding and developed themes for speeches Mykhaylo Shevchenko.
At the beginning of the event with a welcoming speech to all those present addressed Ph.D. in Law, associate professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Justice Oksana Uzunova, who stressed the urgency of carrying out this kind of events, because the knowledge gained during the session, students are not able to acquire during ordinary activities. Active participation in the meeting took part six speakers. Thus, the question of delimitation of "undue advantage" and "illegal enrichment" was devoted the report of Viktoriya Tymchuk, and Marharyta Serdyuk told about when to be available and when excluded responsibility for the soliciting of illegal benefit.

In turn, Ivan Shumeyko made ​​a report on the implementation of the objective of a crime under article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
A large number of the correspondence department students attending the meeting, asked a question to speakers. Students also took part in discussions about effective ways to prevent corruption, proposed by Oleksiy Krasov.
