In Zaporizhzhya National University was held a contest of beauty, courage and talent "Mr. ZNU – 2014"
On February 28, at the Zaporizhzhya National University for the sixth time was held a traditional annual students' contest "Mr. ZNU - 2014". The organizers - specialists of Cultural Center of the ZNU - thanked for their assistance in the preparation of the holiday to administration of the university, the Students' Council, the Faculty of SPP, press center and internet radio "Universe". The hosts of contest program were Dmytro Shendryk and Eduard Rybalevsky.
Before the contest those present honored with a minute of silence in memory of those killed in Maidan (Independence Square) during bloody clashes in Kiev.
The event was opened the Rector of ZNU Mykola Frolov. Welcoming guests in the hall and the participants, he emphasized: «All long-known fact that the best girls are taught in the ZNU. But history shows that the walls of our university got a lot of talented and brave men. And today's contestants prove it».
The jury was headed by Regional Director of the International NGO "Woman of the third millennium", director of fashion theater, talent and success Iryna Borshch.
At the beginning of the contest, viewers were able to see the video and photo-presentations of each participant. The event, as always, took place in several stages. Thirteen participants – 
students of the ZNU Faculty's and of Economics and Law College - participated in the contest during which they have demonstrated the best qualities of a real man. Thus, during a contest called "A man per hour" contestants have demonstrated how they can use the working tools. Sports competition showed the level of physical training of guys: they were sparring in martial arts. The Center of the program was a talent contest in which students in the audience showcased their creativity. So, during the all the contest guys have been a fashion models, bodybuilders, kickboxers, professional artists, to demonstrate their skill in fashion shows, etc., to prove to the audience and jury, that they are the best.
Many wonderful words about the winners and contestants expressed jury members and partners of the event. According to result of voting, to each participant was given a title: "Mr. audience sympathy" became Serhiy Khilay (Faculty of Foreign Languages), "Mr. photo of ZNU" - Mykyta Dolya (Faculty of Mathematics), "Mr. courage" was chosen Oleksandr Kalashnikov (ELC), "Mr. elegance" - Dmytro Zurnachidi (Faculty of Law), the title of "Mr. temptation" received Yevhen Tychynin (ELC), "Mr. gallantry" - Oleksiy Hudenko (Faculty of Economics), "Mr. calmness" - Vladyslav Serdyukov (Faculty of Management) and 
"Mr. positive" - Anton Haydemsky (Faculty of Journalism).
"Vice-Mr. ZNU 2014" was chosen Artem Khovkhun (Faculty of Physical Education), the title of the first "Vice-Mr." received Artem Kobets (Faculty of Management), the second "Vice-Mr." became Andriy Novichenko (SPP), the third "Vice-Mr." became Vladyslav Taran (FSSA).
Finally, the main title - "Mr. ZNU - 2014" won the student of the Faculty of Physical Education Oleksiy Borzenko.
All winners have been awarded certificates, diplomas and valuable gifts from the organizers and sponsors of the contest. They have presented to the participants Director of the Cultural 
Center Yuliya Yanko, "Miss ZNU 2011" and producer of fashion shows Kateryna Bilindinova, Head of the Students' Council of the ZNU Anton Osadchuk and others.
On behalf of the participants and spectators hosts expressed their gratitude to the organizers, partners and the board of judges of the contest. Choreographed performances during the event presented the theater of modern dance "Phoenix", and sang for all participants Darya Rupasova. The fest is succeeded, since both contestants and organizers and the audience got a lot of positive and wonderful experience.
