Today, March 6, at Zaporizhzhya National University at the Faculty of Management is held Interregional Scientific and Practical Conference of Students and Young Scientists "Modern Trends in Management". Its organizers and co-organizers are the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration, Zaporizhzhya City Council, Zaporizhzhya Chamber of Commerce and Zaporizhzhya National University. This year, the participants of the event were about 200 people.
The plenary session of the conference opened Dean of the Faculty of Management, 
D.Sc. in Philosophy, professor Iryna Shavkun. Iryna Hryhorivna on behalf of the administration and personally the Rector of ZNU Mykola Frolov welcomed all those present and wished them fruitful work. She also thanked the entire staff of the Faculty including Deputy Dean for Research, Ph.D. in Philosophy, associate professor Oleksandr Oliynyk, and SCSP members headed by Chairman Maryna Pasenko for assistance in organizing scientific events.
Overall, this year the conference received 139 scientific developments authored by representatives of Zaporizhzhya National University, Zaporizhzhya 
National Technical University, Uzhgorod National University and Kharkiv Institute of Economics of Market Relations and Management.
The moderator of the research acted Head of SCSP of the Faculty Maryna Pasenko, representing speakers and invited them to the performances.
Thus, at the plenary session with presentations and speeches were: Head of Strategic Development at ME "Zaporizhzhya City Investment Agency" Zaporizhzhya City Council Vadym Demchenko 
("Management Success"); Ph.D. in Economics, associate professor of the Department of Business Administration and Foreign Economic Activities Management of ZNU Tetyana Burma ("Prospects for the use of cloud technology in the management of small and medium enterprises"); students of the Faculty of Management Alina Zaleska and Marharyta Omelchak ("Planning and organization of import-export activity (for example JSC "ZAZ").
Vadym Demchenko spoke about the evolution of management - the golden rule, function, and quality management guidelines for proper construction management system and create a successful business management and staff.
Tetyana Burma revealed the meaning of "cloud technology", "cloud computing", "cloud services", etc. She presented the major business players in the "cloud technology", described the advantages and disadvantages of their use, as well as forecasts of leading industry experts on the future of these technologies.
Alina Zaleska and Marharyta Omelchak from the viewpoint of management and administration system 
presented (on example of "ZAZ") latest developments and innovations in the field of import and export enterprise focused on establishing partnerships.

After the official part of the conference and the opening plenary session of scientists began work in breakout sessions. There are five: "The current state of governance in national enterprises" (27 participants), "The development of logistics at present" (6 participants), "Modern Trends in Foreign Economic Activities Management" (36 participants), "Business Administration in the system of modern management" (42 participants) and "Business Communication in management" (25 participants).
