During March 13-15 in the Lesya Ukrainka East European National University was held the 2nd round of the All-Ukrainian contest of student research works on Jurisprudence, which was attended by 186 students from more than 40 universities in Ukraine.
Students showed a high level of training, a thorough study of current issues in history, theory of law, international law, some areas of law, professional discussion, to justify its proposals for the reform of national legislation, improving its application.
Zaporizhzhya National University was represented at the contest 3rd year students of the Law Faculty Ivan Shumeiko, Dmytro Kalnysh, Kseniia Pankratova, scientific works of which as well as public protection caused great interest and got praised members of the professional jury, which included famous lawyers, scientists - representatives of different universities in Ukraine, as well as legal practitioners.
As a result, all members of ZNU took prizes: Ivan Shumeiko took 2nd place, Dmytro Kalnysh and Kseniia Pankratova - took 3rd place. All of them were awarded diplomas.
