Teachers of Economics and Law College joined the ZNU work of scientific-practical conference "Young Science 2014"
Workshop for teachers section on "Theory and practice of pedagogics, innovative technologies and the Bologna Process in Modern College" was held March 28 in the College of Economics and Law of ZNU under the VI scientific conference of students and young scientists "Young Science 2014".
The section headed teacher of the Ukrainian language and literature of ELC of ZNU Olena Artemenko. She welcomed the participants, including the present College Director Olena Hrybanova, teachers and students of ELC.
During the meeting, their reports presented teachers of foreign language Lilia Apolonova and Yana Yatsenko, teachers of the Ukrainian language and literature Olena Artemenko and Nataliia Trush, teacher of computer science Olena Tsymmerman, teacher of history Maksym Nosyk, teacher of physics Iryna Shpuhanych and College student Anton Yelozin.
Maksym Nosyk spoke about computer simulation of World War II during the classes of world history using the program "Soldiers of the empire", which allows students to demonstrate complex phenomenon to understand the history event. He proposed to develop his own similar program simulator of World War II to help interested students and motivate them to study discipline.
The next performed Olena Tsymmerman with a presentation on "Implementation of computer-based testing at of ELC". In Economics and Law College computer testing has gained widespread use and is considered a more objective form of control over other.
Teacher of physics Iryna Shpuhanych told the audience about the use of computer technology in the educational process of her discipline. She noted that during the study of physics should be used as a visual aid illustration techniques solve complex physical problems and video study of physical phenomena, because it increases the interest of students.
In turn, Lilia Apolonova made a presentation on "The geographic aspect while learning a foreign language as a second" and Yana Yatsenko said about the specifics of teaching English for professional purposes in universities of I-II accreditation levels in groups with a reasonable level of knowledge.
Teacher of Ukrainian language and literature Olena Artemenko prepared a report entitled "Research as a technology". In her speech, she noted that research method of training - basic in modern high school, because it is highly effective.
Quite interesting was the report of student Anton Yelozin on "Own web development resource for teachers." He developed the site "Information and computer technology", which contains tasks, lectures, laboratory work, and assessment of students of his group. He also noted that this site can be created for all majors and college teams that will be very useful for teachers and students.
The interest of the audience also caused a report of Nataliia Trush "Working with gifted students in classes of the Ukrainian language". That this work was recommended to speak at the plenary session of the VI scientific conference of students and young scientists of Economics and Law College of ZNU "Young Science-2014", to be held 31 March at 13:00 in the room 307 of 3rd academic building of ZNU.
At the end of the event College Director Olena Hrybanova thanked all the speakers for relevant research topics and wished success and future scientific achievements.
