Today, at the Faculty of Management was held a roundtable on "Actual problems of personnel management in today's environment", organized by associate professor of the Department of Business Administration and Foreign Economic Activities Management Oleksandr Mykolaiovych Oliinyk.
Relevance of the roundtable discussion due to the fact that one of the central problems of the transformation of the socio-economic and political relations in Ukraine is a disparity of social, technological and economic components of the system of national enterprises. One factor that should ensure the restoration of harmony of modern management, a system of personnel management. Thus the notion of "human resource management" is considered a reasonably wide range - from economic and statistical to philosophical and psychological - and becomes an important aspect of the analysis of the integrity of organizational and managerial context and functioning of the organization, the optimal use of human resources, improving the effectiveness of human resource management, taking into account requirements of a modern economy.
