April 15 at the Law Faculty of Zaporizhzhya National University, was held a regular joint meeting of the SCSP of the Faculty and Students League of Zaporizhia branch of the Lawyers Association of Ukraine. The event was dedicated to the 135 anniversary of the birth of Ukrainian and Russian lawyer, LL.D., professor Oleksandr Yevtykhiiev.
Participants highlighted in detail the main stages of the life course of professor who is directly connected with Kharkov University, Kharkov Technical High School, Kharkov Trial Chamber Narkomfin Justice of the RSFSR, universities of Moscow, Smolensk, Narkomfin Justice USSR, Kharkov Institute of National Economy, etc..
Of particular interest students brought about major provisions of his scientific work, including a significant contribution to the development of a professor of Soviet science of administrative law. 
In particular, Oleksandra Maksymenko stopped on an analysis of his textbook "Fundamentals of Soviet Administrative Law" (1925), "Administrative Law" (1930). She also described the approaches to understanding Oleksandr Fedorovych of administrative law, its object separation criteria in its system of general and specific parts of the legal status of collective entities of administrative law, the means of ensuring legality in public administration, administrative acts.
About Oleksandr Yevtykhiiev's part in drafting, legislative work, his contribution to the preparation of comments and itemized material in several editions of the Administrative Code, told the audience Kateryna Hrytsenko.
Participants received a lot of useful information, were able to participate in scientific discussions.
