14-17 April in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk at the Legal Institute of Carpathian National University named after V. Stefanik was held the second stage of All-Ukrainian Students' Olympiad in "Law" in the 2013-2014 academic year.
Participation in the competition took a team of the Law Faculty of Zaporizhzhya National University, composed of students of 3rd year Dmytro Kalnysh, Mykhailo Shevchenko and Ivan Shumeiko. In the first (command) tour, where participants were asked to solve the 200 test problems with 18 legal disciplines, our team took second place, behind only the hosts of Olympiad.
All three participants went round to the individual competitions, where they were asked to solve 100 test problems with ten legal disciplines. As a result of this phase of the Olympiad 2 representatives of the Law Faculty of ZNU were awarded diplomas of second degree.
Olympiad participants expressed gratitude to the Rector of ZNU Mykola Frolov, Dean of the Faculty of Law Tetiana Kolomoiets, members of the teaching staff of the Faculty of Law for their support and assistance in the preparation of the team to participate in the Olympiad. Students also thanked the host side - the Rector of Legal Institute of Carpathian National University named after V. Stefanik Ihor Tsependa, all members of the organizing committee of Olympiad - for the hospitality and festive atmosphere of the event.
