In ZNU was held a conference of Higher Legal Educational Establishments and research institutions of Zaporizhzhya region
Today, April 24, in Zaporizhzhya National University was held Zaporizhzhya regional conference of Higher Legal Educational Establishments and research institutions. The purpose of the event - the election of delegates to the National Congress for the appointment of members of the High Council of Justice of Ukraine and the High Qualifications Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
The conference was attended by Director of the Department of Education and Science of Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration Mykola Yarmoshchuk, and 17 lawyers - legal representatives of the Faculties of Zaporizhzhya National University, Zaporizhzhya National Technical University and Classic Private University.
During the meeting it was decided to establish a quota on the number of delegates from each presented at a conference institution of higher education, namely: two representatives from ZNU and CPU and one - from ZNTU.
The structure of the counting commission included: Head of the Department of Criminal Law of Institute of Law named after Volodymyr Stashys of CPU, Ph.D in Law, associate professor Olena Riabchynska, Ph.D. in Law, associate professor of the Department of Law of ZNTU Andrii Hradetskyi and Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Justice of ZNU, Ph.D in Law, associate professor Viktor Sabadash.
By open voting the Conference delegates were elected to the All-Ukrainian Congress of Representatives of Higher Legal Educational and scientific institutions of Ukraine.
According to Vice Rector of CPU on scientific and pedagogical work and pre-professional training, Ph.D. in Law, associate professor Dmytro Yermolenko, legal community of Zaporizhzhya region always 
distinguished by its unity, so it is not surprising that during the conference were observed rivalry - all delegates were elected unanimously.
In turn, Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Justice of ZNU, Ph.D in Law, associate professor Viktor Sabadash noted that the elected delegates - are experienced lawyers who will adequately represent Zaporizhzhya region in the National Congress, tolerant to treat all candidates for membership in the High Council of Justice, impartially and objectively elect its members.
It should be noted that the Ukrainian Congress of Representatives of Higher Legal Educational and scientific institutions will be held April 29 in the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (Kyiv). During its work will be elected 3 members of the High Council of Justice and two members of the High Qualifications Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
