The Faculty of Law celebrated the anniversary of LL.D., professor, corresponding member of NALS of Ukraine Yurii Bytyak
April 24 at the Law Faculty of Zaporizhzhya National University was held a roundtable organized by the members of the SCSP and the Faculty of Law Students League of Zaporizhzhya branch of the Lawyers Association of Ukraine.
The meeting was devoted to the anniversary of the famous scientist, LL.D., professor, corresponding member of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, First Vice-Rector of National Law University named after Yaroslav Mudry Yurii Bytyak.
Future lawyers highlighted the significant events in the life of a famous local scientists analyzed the main provisions of his scientific papers and contributed to the development of administrative and legal science, expert lawmaking activities.
Of particular interest of the participants position caused his scientific papers on institutional and legal framework of public service in Ukraine, administrative procedures, updating content, assignment of administrative law, a new look at its subject, system priorities codification of administrative law.
The participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with the major achievements of the scientific school of Yurii Bytyak, organizational and pedagogical activity.
For participants efforts of the staff of the Scientific Library of ZNU organized an exhibition of scientific works of the famous scientist and a photo exhibition, which presented photos of anniversary.
