May 14 Faculty of Management students of the specialty "Management" and students of Faculty of History of the specialty "Source Studies" was held a roundtable on "Problems and prospects of transformation international processes in business" under the direction of the Ph.D. in Economics Yevheniia Makazan.

During the event, students of the Faculty of History Anatolii Samoilenko, Anastasiia Baieva and Oleksandr Polokhalo proved that development of international business in Ukraine is in a market transformation of the national economy. Therefore, the general economic problems can not cause exacerbation or occurrence of certain problems in each area or sector of the economy, including in international business. Often the organizers of international business deal with the political, legal, organizational, structural, economic, social and psychological problems.
Speakers examined each of these problems, discussing both the cause and consequences of their occurrence.
Firstly, an active business in Ukraine deploy partners from industrially developed countries are characterized by high capital mobility. Second, the joint venture created mainly on a bilateral basis and for industrial activity. Thirdly, a small amount of starting foreign investment as foreign partners feel insecure on unfamiliar Ukrainian market. Among other trends worth noting are: most foreign firms, especially SMEs, are guided by the quick return of investment and small business benefit from a one-time transactions, often speculative; concentration in international business of scientific and technical and industrial production centers in Ukraine.
The above issues and trends in varying degrees, exist at all levels of management and joint ventures - of internal, sectoral, regional, national and international.
During the discussion, the following decisions were taken: our country should urgently develop the concept of economic relations with both developing countries and groups of countries and individual partner countries; prospects for international business development in Ukraine will be determined by the general level of economic and political development, the actual results of the ongoing reforms, a significant upgrade of the structure of social production and the development of export potential; all problem areas should be solved collectively.
