May 10 on the basis of ZNU group contenders to get an international certificate (International English Language Testing System) passed exam for English proficiency. This event was first held in the framework of cooperation in ZNU Foreign Languages Study Center and the International Organization for Culture and Education of the United Kingdom British Council in Kyiv.
International examination for English proficiency (IELTS) offers great opportunities for education, training and employment in more than 125 countries worldwide. Evaluation takes place a system of nine, but for university admission in English-speaking country to foreigners rather an examination by 6-7 points.
Among the 63 examinees in ZNU people were not only representatives of Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions. International examination was held in 2 audiences academic building, where they were created appropriate conditions for its implementation in accordance with international standards. To our university for this purpose visited four representatives of British Council: 2 supervisors and 2 examiners, whose names are not known.
The procedure of examination under regulations lasted for almost the whole day and consisted of two parts: written (8.00-12.00), which includes listening, reading and writing texts not adapted two works in English, and oral interview (12.00-20.00). Audio recordings of oral responses and written work were sent for review to the cultural and educational center in British Council. The final results will be announced on May 23.
