Law Faculty students of ZNU examined the issue of implementation of medical rights of an individual

May 23 at the Law Faculty of Zaporizhzhya National University was held a regional scientific-practical conference "Implementation of medical rights of an individual. The obligation of reparation in the provision of health care services".

All participants prepared a report concerning these issues. So, Olena Krilova told the audience about the problems of proof of medical error in a civil proceeding, and Olena Murzina - about a legislation of Ukraine in the field of health protection.
On guarantees of the rights and protection on the mental health of people with mental disorders those present at the event said Olha Schypanova and Hanna Borschevska prepared a report entitled "Civil liability for inadequate provision of health care or of health care services".
Quite interesting and relevant were reports of Law Faculty students. Total 9 students prepared presentations, but for lack of time, not all had introduced it.
Guests of the conference noted the relevance and appropriateness of Law Faculty students reports. In particular, a judge of Zaporizhzhya Regional Court of Appeal Olena Krilova noted: «Very well, that students are trying to understand the legal issues in their analysis. This suggests that they are able to think analytically in different directions of activities». In turn, the teacher Zaporozhye State Medical University Olena Murzina stressed that such events - is very important because it allows our students to fully develop and carry out a detailed analysis of both medical and any other rights of an individual.
At the end of the event associate professor of Civil Law Department of ZNU Olha Schypanova thanked for the visit of the distinguished guests of the conference and next year invited to participate in a scientific conference on this topic.
